It is a great honor to serve as the Administrator & Executive Director of Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore. Our vision is to transform this institution into a patient centered center of excellence that delivers world class healthcare, advances clinical research, and provides compassionate, accessible and high quality medical services to the patients.
We are working to modernize our facilities, strengthen digital healthcare systems, fully deploy integrated hospital management software across all the departments to reduce waiting times and streamline operations. We endeavor to adopt advanced medical technologies, enhance specialized patient services so that any individual who enters the hospital receives safe, timely and respectful care.
We recognize the challenges before us, including the growing number of patients, the need to modernize our infrastructure and the responsibility to optimize resources while continuously upgrading medical equipment and investing in the development of our healthcare professionals. These challenges also present opportunities to build a stronger, more efficient and resilient institution.
Our roadmap over the next two to three years is focused on sustainable transformation. We will begin by strengthening our digital infrastructure through the full implementation of an integrated Hospital Management Information System and upgrading critical diagnostic, emergency and intensive care services, modernize operating theatres, outpatient facilities while expanding professional training to further enhance the quality of patient care.
